Status#

The creator's share, before and after graduation#

A launch pays fees from two contracts over its life: its BondingCurve while it trades on the curve, then its LaunchLiquidityLocker after graduation. Both pay the whole fee to TradeFeeSplitter, which divides it in the same call.

Both sweeps are permissionless and pay fixed destinations, so anyone may run them. The creator share is paid in the launch’s raise currency: ETH, or the listed ERC-20 it raised in.

A registered launch’s shares can never be changed (SourceAlreadyRegistered). The post-graduation shares are immutables of the graduation adapter the launch was created with.

Where the rest of the fee goes#

TradeFeeSplitter.quoteSplit returns the three legs for any amount using the contract’s own arithmetic. Rounding dust goes to the protocol leg, once.

The crew splitter#

Every launch’s creator share is paid to a CrewSplitter, including launches with no crew. It divides the creator share between the creator’s recipient and the founding crew.
